SH6 CARBIDE BURR, 1/4" SHANK. 5/8" DIAMETER,  1 7/16" CUT, FLAME SHAPE.
The burr has never been used but the shank has slight pitting from water...there was a roof leak above the shelf.  My loss, your gain. It will not affect performance as carbide is impervious to water.
